The second day of the trial resume at 2:pm on jan 17 and attended by the accused.The presiding judge rules to present the evidences of the complaint by the prosecutors.And represented by Cong.Barsaga of Cavite and during the reading,he request to start in Article no.2 which makes the defense counsel to question and the presiding judge move to proceed.The prosecutors still no witness for the evidence in Article 2 complaint and make verbal promisory to the presiding judge that they will brought their 1st witness tommorrow.And the trial was adjourn again after 4:pm.And most of the televiewers make a comment again that the defense counsel got a 5 points in this 2nd round of trial.
