Our Life with Lady in Black,a Kuwaiti Samaritan E6

In the next morning we used to prepare ourself for scheduled work assignment at 7 am and we ve reported to mohamad jamir,the companys superintendent in the camp.I was assigned to be trained foreman of 10 labor manpower,reinforcement group with sayyid ,a pakistani outgoing for vacation this coming january.And we proceed to the nearby distance,concrete water reservoir :inside the emtied storage,our men waiting for the next move until I was introduced to them by sayyid as new mudir,an arabic supervisor,continued to lead the disposal of thick volume of build up fine, desert sand.

In the afternoon,spent our lunch at the nearest infantry unit kitchen together with our men:6 bangaleis and 4 indies with 2 cups brown fried rice,a piece of roasted lamb ribs,a vegetable salad,a tomato sauce and 2 fresh reddish apple served in our metal plate.At 3:oo pm,we proceed to the quarter as the end of my first day work accomplishment.And inside our room,we start to awknowledge each other details of job destination inside the camp,while we changed our work uniforms. Rod, Geofrey, jerby and philip were assigned welder and diesel mechanics, and eduard, jake, atong, pol, ariel, are drivers, plummer, fitters, ac mechanics excluding felix as foreman also by other group.We take our rest and feeling tired when we lay on our comfortable bed this afternoon of excited about our assigned works before.

We spent the night together in one unit barrack with our belongings place at the other part corner of the room and awake through a negative zero freezing point in the early morning.As a tip heard from a friend,suddenly walk to a nearby unit,lived a group of kababayan and have a hot coffee break and conversation about our arrival here before until they proceed to shuttle bus,waiting for them to transport for Al Jahra hospital 6:00 am,on work duty.

Someone has a day off today,and he prepared our breakfast with chicken adobo,boiled rice and hot chocolate milk. At the same time,our company driver is return back,and told us in arabic:kuhlu pi shugul alheim henak abdaly,.yahla..sura..We ve to reload our bagggage to the van and travel again for one hour, while on the way, we enjoy the sight seing:a walking camels hump,a shepard and large number of sheeps,a landscape vegetable yard,a triplets giant concrete mushroom water reservoir and a line in cargo grassbundle along the way.Until we will entered a kuwaiti army camp gate,outpost with armed men in uniformed,sign with us to stop and order a completed inspection for us.

After that activities,entering the camp main road and proceed to 3 storey 2 tail bldg.unit, 500 yards from the gate. We brought our baggage at the 2nd level,and meet a lot of other nationalities living in this quarter.We ve to arrange a metal cabinet into a room for us filipinos only from open quarter and provide our individual cabinet and spring bed for our belongings.In the afternoon,we proceed to the infantry kitchen beside the building for lunch,and we fall in line inside to get a light green 2 cups fried rice ,a half fried chicken,a tomato sauce,2 fresh orange through metal plate on our hands served by Sri Lankans kitchen-assigned personnel dressed in white terno uniform.
