This morning,or every day here at home we have to choose the task we need to do this time.Sitting here infront of the desktop to look at Youtube or fb and write some comments.But now,we use to wash our dirty clothes and a 2 pieces blanket.We should minimize our expenses this time so we don't bring it to the laundry shop nearby with more than thousand pesos payable in one month.As a daily exercise here,we also wash the kitchen utensils,the unoleum flooring by wet unused rug clothes including the cleaning of bathroom and removing smoke black dirt in our appliances brought by smoke belching vehicles passed by through our open window.The sunshine still going warm in the afternoon after a whole week of rainy days so we consumed more electricity by continous electric fan and refrigerator efficiency.We have a bill from Meralco and Maynilad with more than a thousand a month.When the days are cold and cloudy can make this room temperature into normal and fine and minimize the electric and water consumption.There is a cold and fresh air passed inside,and during the strong wind by the typhoon Egay and Falcon comes:we'll closed the window.   My wife is the one in charges of preparing and cook foods for our lunch and dinner and only rice what i used to cook every time before she start her new menu for this lunchtime.My daughter will produced and shopped at SM -manila or in  Quinta market in Quiapo every weekend for groceries,foods,fruits and drinks with more than two thousand ph. budget.Sometimes,she used to minimized the cost and take a ride in a jeepney to Quiapo.The cost of living here in this condo-apartment and renting monthly with 6 thousand ph. is almost more than 15 thousand a month and I 'm very grateful and proud to my daughter for this status now and Thanks God for this blessing today we have.                                                          

Life in the heart of Manila: Father's Day

Last sunday night,we've to visit for the second time the Greenbelt -Makati with my family after for so long years when I was still a student here in Manila.My daughter had a gift certificates to be used for free dinner at Red Crab restaurant located at the second floor of the complex.They serve us their special delicacies like sea crabs parts,roasted hito,a tahoong soup,la paella +shanghai rice+lemon juices.

The place is now crowded with customers for this days fathers celebration.Somebody is playing a piano and sings in the middle of the area about the songs of the late 80's.Feeling so comfort and relax for tonights dinner while watching some foreigners with their filipino wives and kids.



We have to scroll at other side of the complex and ice cream treat at Italian - Gelato. I enjoyed my ice cream. It was sweet and cool flavor of chocolate, my wife mango and my duaghter blueberry at P100 per scoop expensive but perfect.



Lots of foreign people standby,dining and drinking beer in cans at nearby cocktail lounge entertained by sexy women in shortpants.Thought,this place become an Ermita Extention today for this beautiful scenery and bussiness from Manila.

Life in the heart of Manila: Tribute to My Father

Today,a father's day celebration and dedicated to all fathers who become responsible for his family's welfare,for better or for worst,to lead them in spiritual and to guide them in their ambition to be a father also for a new generation.He was my father,Mateo Legaspi Mabalay of Penaranda,Nueva Ecija:he lifted me up in his shoulder always when I was a child even in the middle of the night as my toothache and going to the neighbors refreshment and take halo-halo,ice mixed with fruits sugar and milk,use to absorb the cold and feeling fine again.Last night,my son come home lately and extend his early fathers day greetings with me while starting and pretend to sleep here at the floor of our room. It can make me to remember about my father through this way,and emotional teardrops nearly fallen from my eyes.I missed the moments when he is with us as a happy and simple family dreams come true.

From this moment,we use to write my experience and my family after for a long time.They have a new desktop being install here at the corner of the room.My son,sleeping on the other side,manage to purchase this set find a teaching job in Binondo-PTSA school.

I am proudly congratulate him for passing his licensure exam.after publish in nationwide newspaper.My sisters awknowledge me also through texting with my wife.It reminds my idea and remember my earlier hardship,suffering and happiness we have here in Manila,until Ive got married with my wife now.She is completely in my heart while our daughters and only son fullfilled their future and dreams.

Since October 14 last year, we move in here in Aguado St., a part of Quiapo and Malacañang where my daughter work for almost 7 years now. We just want to stay here with my family than our new house in Cavite because of our part to do our moral support for them. In the morning, we are wake up by a garbage truck horn for collecting our waste bag and I get up on my sleep to bring it down on the street side of Aguado.

At 7am,my daughter start to prepare and going out to her office before 8 am. Here in the window,we watch her walking towards La Cocina compound,crossing the street with commuter jeepneys passerby and some of barangay member cleaning the remain of garbages truck.We can find here from the 3rd floor window the top of presidential palace,surrounded by tall old trees on the left side,and infront a residential houses accros the interior from Aguado. This place still crowded with different culture from some part of the Philippines and foreigners from other parts of Asia.

Life in Naic, Episode 3: Our Tile Project

Last Saturday morning, my daughter and her boyfriend purchased tiles and other materials in Tanza tile supply and the next monday afternoon it was delivered in our house in complete detail. And the next morning start the installation by our trusted tile setter,a neighbor in Phase 2 with his son as a helper.They work for almost four days and the result make us comfortably happy for my family.

Our living room looks like a shining with milk cream tiles,the stairway port and also our kitchen.

In the afternoon,we relax and sleep at the living room while the sunlight outside is very warm while watching the noontime tv show. I remember when i was a teenager,our home living room is made of bamboo flooring and make us comfort as compare today it's concrete tile setting.

In the late 80s,one of my friends in Alabang invited me to their home with a marble tile setting in their living room and sleep comfort while listening hit music of the 80s. And now,its a big blessing from God to experience a life with comfort for my family with the tile flooring that we have.

Our life in Naic,Cavite:My family with Our New House Episode 2

As of June 27 at 7:00 am,neighborhood were start start to elect a new officers for our new community,the Phase 3B Association here in Ciudad el nuevo,brgy.Timalan,Naic Cavite,Philippines.And I was elect as a member of the board for maintenance of our places necessity and needs.I need a group or the cooperation of the neighborhoods to do my responsibility.Our present resolution or agenda is to register our group for legal purposes and collect a monthly dues of Php.30.00 only for every homeowners or members for financial needs.Opening our main gate direct to the main road towards barangay Timalan.So that a transportation line up and affortable will be available for every member of the household.The next is the collection of our garbage,and according to our PRO officer,it will be requested to the barangay chairman.But temporarily,I used to burn it on our vacant lot with dried grass leaves in the morning or sunset.This morning,the group completed to open and clean the main gate area and planting of flower seedling at the road center island and scheduled to continued next suturday the rotonda or circle behind the road.I think,we have a good environment in our place and a nice to live in when you observe your neighbor working for the benefits of all.
