The Impeachment Trial for Supreme Court Chief Justice : Renato Corona

From the History of the Filipino people,we considered it as the first of its kind after the impeachment of former president Joseph E.Estrada last Jan.2001.Today,its all about the present chief Justice of the supreme court as the accuse of being against the government of Pres.Noy2 Aquino.After the Congress file an eight article complaint to the senate of the Phils.against the respondent,the chief justice with 188 congressman signature and forming a body of persecutors for impeachment as representatives to the senate.The filing of case is simply started when a conflict arise bet.the Dept. of Justice and The Supreme court in issuing a T.R.O.to the travel ban by the D.O.J. to former president Gloria M.Arroyo and family and it become a big issue to the people and national media until it was a politically motivation regarding the issue.Since then,the personal life of the chief justice and the last decision by the S.C.was criticize regarding the distribution of parcel of land of Hacienda Luisita to the tiller,owned by present president Aquino Family and relatives.With respect and compliance to this issue,it was a puzzle to my idea the reason behind the truth and assured that the caused of this crises is the kind of government we have now.As a Democratic system of government,the Executive,Legislative body and the Supreme court has an equal rights to perform their duties and responsibility to the people remained a battleground by politics after the election and the victims here is the ordinary Filipino citizen.The Chief justice was formally appointed by former pres.Gloria Arroyo during her terms as president and speaker/secretary of the president before he became Chief Justice of the Supreme court.So therefore, when the former pres.G.M.A needs some helped from her former secretary,issuing a Temporary Restraining Order to let them to travel for looking a foreign doctor specialist in Germany for consultation.But the plan was pospone by Media comments and critics.
