The power of Habagat,a heavy moonsoon rain that flooded Manila and nearby provinces..

Almost a week ago,after the last storm "gener "hit the northern part of   Manila.A strong wind called 'habagat'always follow to this storm makes a heavy moonsoon rain start to pour at the western part and nearby provinces.And the sunshine has always nothing since that day,theres a dark cloudy skies and falling rain.The weather forecaster(Pag-Asa),has no indication if this moonsoon rain can effect too much but they assume that its only a thunder storm(?)..Last Monday morning,.it is continously many reports coming from update news at Marikina river and La Mesa dam are nearest to its critical level including the Angat dam,Ipo dam,Pantabangan  and Ambuklao dam in Baguio.Until the suspension of classes of all level in Manila and provinces announces in the radio and almost updated here in facebook and twitter.But Last Tuesday night,a continously heavy rains and brown out blocked the update.And when I wake up in the early morning,follows by looking out to grays and cloudy sky and our main street here in Aguado has sink by rainwater. The next morning was different ,The news is almost flooded with stories of victims from different areas all around in Manila and Nearby Provinces.
